An individual who laced treats with tranquilliser and gave them to children at a summer program in the area has admitted sexual offenses against two children both between nine and ten.
The defendant was taken into custody after eight minors and one adult became sick at Stathern Lodge in July.
The senior citizen, from that region, confessed to a total of 17 charges when he stood at Leicester Crown Court on recently.
Nevertheless, he refused to admit one particular crime he was charged with, which was concerning a young boy.

'Treat game'
Mary Prior KC, prosecuting, detailed the criminal behavior to the judicial body.
She explained his victims were disadvantaged youngsters who were attending a summer camp which he managed.
Ruben played a "treat game" with the minors, Mrs Prior stated, in which he would go into the children's bedrooms when they were preparing to sleep and tell them to eat sweets "as quickly as they can".
She informed the proceedings the man had engaged in this activity with the boys "repeatedly", and minors had earlier experienced illness the next day.
She stated Ruben had been successful in rationalizing this repeatedly as the children being "overexcited from fun", until his stepson had worries in recently.
The prosecutor continued: "This year his stepchild had suspicions about the activities, for good reason.
"They chose" to examine in the man's possessions."
Mrs Prior KC stated objects including infant oil, petroleum jelly and syringes were located, and his stepchild notified the authorities about his suspicions.
She stated the defendant went on to play the "treat game" with six children that night - July 26th - and they were all ill the next day.
"Law enforcement" had not arrived by that time," she stated further.
The oversight body, the police conduct office, earlier informed that it was reviewing Leicestershire Police's handling of the events.
The legal representative explained the youngsters were unable to walk properly due to being ill, so Ruben's stepson called the law enforcement a second time.
She said the man then played the "treat game" in a area of five minors.
